This territory has, in fact, many culinary peculiarities: the undisputed protagonist is certainly the Fieno, an ancient pasta that has existed since the 1600s. But also, chestnuts and hazelnuts, fundamental for the preparation of many typical sweets such as the Crucchi and Mostaccioli, representing a great added value for this cuisine.
