
Pancarucci
INGREDIENTI
Salt, Water, Eggs, Yeast, Lard, Sfrizzoli (a local type of lard)
METHOD
1. Dissolve the yeast in water;
2. Make a flour fountain and pour the water with the dissolved yeast and knead;
3. Combine an egg and continue to knead with a pinch of salt;
4. Add the lard and continue to knead;
5. Let the dough rest for 1 hour;
6. Flour the work surface, take the dough and insert the sfrizzoli inside, continuing to knead;
7. Divide the dough into loaves;
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
