INGREDIENTS

White Wine, Anise, Salt, Yeast, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

METHOD

1. In a small cup of white wine (Greco di Vignanello) add the anise and mix well;

2. Dissolve a teaspoon of salt in hot water;

3.  Dissolve the yeast in water;

4.  Make the dough with flour, water and salt, yeast, wine and anise, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil;

5. Mix everything well and let it rise;

6.  After rising, knead lightly, prepare the desired shape and carve the top of the bread with a knife;

7.  Wrap the raw bread in a cloth and bake;

8.  Once cooked, cut into slices, perfect to be eaten with ricotta or cold cuts.
